Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please use our new Return Portal to submit your request. Returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items, for unworn, unwashed, and damage-free garments with product tags still attached. We may request photos of damaged or defective merchandise.

Once the item is received in our Canadian warehouse, we will inspect the garment and process the return within 5 business days. The refund will equal the purchase price of the returned product, less a $10 restocking / handling fee*. Refunds are issued within 10 days, depending on your bank and payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

All discounted products are FINAL SALE – no returns are permitted on these items. Coupon and discounted amounts have no cash value and will not be refunded if items are returned.

*A $10 restocking / handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all return requests effective August 15, 2023, and is subject to appropriate provincial taxes.

Price Adjustments

We are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment on first markdowns only within 7 days of the original order date on full-price merchandise. The adjustment amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that once the price is adjusted, the item becomes final sale.

While we make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally items on our website may be incorrectly priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Sympli reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
